So getting back into this hobby my recent purchase was a Bachman DS3 Erie local! Now I have a long way to get to my layout, hell the space is still occupied and the weekends are not always generous in time to let me prep the space to build my layout but in the mean time I can still acquire new toys!!!! So this Bachmann DS3 Erie I got for a heck of a deal on eBay, about 1/2 the price the best hobby shop had it listed at. It has the SoundTrax DCC and sound in it and well is a fun lil engine that could. I will be posting a more detailed review later on.
What your seeing here is a picture of the Bachmann DS3 compared to the Atlas DS3. Both DCC but the Atlas has no sound, the Bachmann has the standard SoundTrax sound. This is just a visual comparison, let the photo speak for its self.
